Wallaby giant Izack Rodda

Making his national debut for the Wallabies in 2017, Izack Rodda (Class of 2014) grew up in Evans Head in northern NSW. Playing both Rugby League and Union Izack training or playing six days a week as a boy. Eventually focusing on Rugby Union at the age of thirteen Izack finished his final two years of high school at Ipswich Grammar School on a scholarship. His representative career began in 2014 after being selected for the Australian Schoolboys. After school Izack played for the East Tigers club in Brisbane and was a member of the Queensland Under 20’s team in 2015 and 2016. In 2017 he made his Super Rugby debut for the Reds and after a strong performance throughout the season was called for Wallaby duties in the second Bledisloe match in 2017. Izack is now a starting Lock in the team but still takes an interest in the achievements of his old school. #igsoldboys
